Wet Sponge is a Block that was added in Update 0.16.0. It can only be found in Ocean Monuments.

Obtaining

Wet Sponge is found inside the Sponge room of Ocean Monuments. It can also be found in the Creative Inventory.

Wet Sponge is also sometimes dropped by the Elder Guardian.

Smelting

• 1 Wet Sponge + Any Fuel => 1 Sponge

TRIVIA

• If an empty Bucket is placed in the fuel slot while smelting, Water will be collected in it once the Sponge is dried.
