Hi, i was just wondering if it is possible to update the images for the fish in the food gallery page, because they have the item texture from before the update aquatic. I have no idea how to do that, so do you?
Oh ok. Although I have no clue how to do that because 1) I don’t think my kindle can screenshot, 2) I edit and play on different devices, 3) even if I can screenshot, I don’t know how to migrate between different devices.
Hiya, I just noticed the wiki theme is still the Update Aquatic, and thought maybe we should change it to match something more for Update 1.8. If you agree, do you have any specific colors in mind? Or do you just want me to mess around with it?
Hmm... The Pandas are already in Beta version, so maybe that means Village and pillage is due later? If not, they're going to add even more betas with that functionality, as well... Never good to know.
However, maybe something related to Pandas could be well suited for a theme?
I am just wondering if you build massive redstone contraptions on survival mode without going into creative mode once. If so can you take a pic and show me the build, it always amazes me when someone can build redstone thing and all I can do is flip a door open with a lever.
I tend to build the auto-smelter with just one furnace, and hoppers leading into and out of that furnace. For most cases, that is enough. I don't often have the need for smelting more than 5-6 stacks of anything, so this setup works for those cases.
No need for a noisy chicken farm when you can either grow carrots or kelp to have a steady food supply.
Related to storage I just use classic mode, so that I can control where stuff go. I like my order, but don't need to use loads of resources for a single-item-in-chest storage system. If I could make a reliable system where I could filter multiple items into the same chest, I would consider doing that.
In addition to those examples, I've also dabbled a little with various hidden doors, and more importantly hidden key systems.
That is really cool, and since I have not updated my Minecraft to the Aquatic Updates I don’t have any kelp, but the idea of the carrot farm is really good, and if you kill enough skeletons, get bone meal and create a system with dispensers where it grows very fast. I have used the system before and it very effective. Maybe try sometime if you haven’t.
I'm indeed a vanilla guy with some tricks up my sleeves, like farming the ordinary carrot farm with a fortune III pickaxe, which doesn't (or didn't) wear down when being used to farm the carrots, whilst still giving a lot of carrots. :-P
I also tend to have a skeleton spawner farm somewhere in my world, to have good access to bones and arrows (and XP). That is until I can make a Blaze farm in the Nether for XP, and by that time I've got bows with Infinity.
Never really liked the dispenser based farms, but that it just me enjoying the vanilla game experience.
Very strangely, I find it hard to get an anvil, but it just must me, i my head I’m like, only 4 stacks of iron, that’s not enough for a anvil even know it is. It is weird of why I do that but I do. Overall I agree with you, I like to use both. Did you know that you can use an enchantment table to create enchanted books?
Hey Holroy, it’s been a while. Hey, can you do me a favour and close this thread please? It’s been Necrodumped. I would close it, but I’m not the creator of it, nor am I a staff member here. On a side note, I was following it for whatever reason, and have unfollowed it. But I wanted to say something.
Hello Holroy, someone has created this page, which is good, but it isn’t formatted properly and has quite a few grammatical errors. I would fix it up, but I am on a vacation, and am unlikely to have much time. Therefore, I am going to you, as you are the best active editor here. If possible, could you improve it? Thanks.
